Privacy Policy

This notice explains what personal information ismartgen collects through this website, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We handle personal data in line with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

Information we collect

When you send an inquiry or request a site viewing, we collect the details you type into the form:

  • your full name
  • your email address
  • your contact number
  • your message, and the property you are asking about
  • for viewing requests, the date and time you asked for

We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not collect payment details through this website.

Why we collect it

We use this information only to:

  • reply to your inquiry
  • arrange, confirm, reschedule or cancel a site viewing
  • keep a record of our conversation with you so we can follow up properly

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Saved properties

When you save a property as a favorite, the list is stored in your own browser. It is not sent to us, it is not linked to your name, and it does not follow you to another device or browser. Clearing your browser data removes it.

Cookies

This website uses cookies that are necessary for it to work, such as keeping forms secure and remembering your cookie choices. Optional analytics or marketing cookies are only used if you allow them. You can change your choice at any time using the "Cookie preferences" link at the bottom of every page.

Maps

Property pages may show a map drawn with OpenStreetMap. When a map loads, your browser fetches the map images from the OpenStreetMap servers, which receive technical information such as your IP address. The "Get Directions" link opens Google Maps, which has its own privacy policy.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry and viewing records for as long as they are needed for the purposes above, and for as long as the law requires us to keep business records. You may ask us to delete your information sooner.

Who can see it

Your information is only available to the authorised staff of ismartgen. It is stored on systems protected by passwords and access controls. We share it with others only when the law requires it.

Your rights

Under the Data Privacy Act you have the right to be informed, to access your personal data, to have it corrected, to object to its processing, to have it erased or blocked, to data portability, and to lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission.
